Oakley Construction History

Our company’s founder, owner, and CEO, Barry Oakley, started this business in 1995. His dad, Bill Oakley, built his first construction business in 1947. Bill believed strong work required strong character. He treated people fairly, kept his word, and earned trust one job at a time.

In 1995, in keeping with his dad’s legacy, Barry Oakley was determined to build a company known for quality and for the way it treated people. He founded Oakley Construction Inc. with clear goals and big ambitions, but one principle mattered most. He would build the right way, even when it was harder.

As the company grew, Barry made commitments he never compromised. He would not trade integrity for a lower price. He would not cut corners to win a bid. Furthermore, he would not sacrifice workmanship, safety, or relationships for short-term gain. Over the years, he has proven that honesty still belongs at the center of construction.
